The contractor that took care of the sheetrock and tape, float, and texture came by Sunday to pick up his check.  He brought along a painting contractor to go through the house so he could give us a bid.  We'll get a bid pretty soon.  He's going to paint the outside first.  When the trim is in he'll do the inside.  Janice and I went and selected colors today.  We are going to test them tomorrow.
After the painting and trim we have to get the electric trim finished which will include the light fixtures.  After that it's time for the kitchen cabinets, counter, and sink, bath cabinets and sinks, toilets, and finally, tiling the showers.  Then it's the range and oven and the range hood with microwave oven.  Then the refrigerator.  The slab also has to be poured for the carport.   The steps will also have to be finished from the carport up to the porch.  And then yada, yada, yada, damned!
This evening the insulation contractor arrived and they insulated the attic.  They did pretty good.
